Actalent is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Clerk in Spokane Valley, WA to manage data scanning, document tracking and regulatory compliance for Plans of Care components. You will assist with quarterly payor audits, collaborate with leadership to audit and analyze performance trends in POC accuracy, and help ensure timely and accurate health record management in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proficiency in data entry and filing medical records.
• Experience with Excel and managing documents.
• Knowledge of healthcare, electronic health records, and medical record software.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend clinical policies and articulate health record information requirements.
• Ability to prioritize duties and meet strict deadlines.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and a willingness to learn new information technology.
