Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate collection, organization, and secure storage of patient medical records for clinical and administrative use.
• Conduct regular audits of medical records and supply inventory for accuracy and quality assurance.
• Train and support staff on documentation procedures and supply management protocols.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external audits related to medical records and supply management.
