General Accountabilities

• Organize, enter and cross-reference documents in a computerized databases
• *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains all paper and electronic patient records and chart dictation in the appropriate medical record utilizing systematic filing methods
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

• Candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
• -Position may require the ability to move about inside an office setting to access files, office machinery, etc as well as operate a computer. May require the ability to move files/boxes up to 25 pounds.
