Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Medical Records Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining patient medical records, ensuring that all documents are accurate, confidential, and up-to-date. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient management of medical data and assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize, maintain, and update patient medical records.

Ensure the confidentiality and security of medical information in compliance with privacy regulations.

Assist in the retrieval and filing of medical records.

Prepare and process documents related to patient care.

Communicate with healthcare staff and patients as necessary for record updates.

Manage the flow of documents and ensure they are correctly filed in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
