Job summary

MSA Home Health - Coastal is hiring a full-time Account Executive in Charleston, SC. You will handle calls professionally, manage supplies, and assist with pre-billing while working with office and clinical managers.

You will coordinate with Medical Records and Marketing to secure signed orders and ensure timely record imaging and organization. We offer generous PTO and comprehensive benefits including medical, prescription, dental and vision coverage, company-paid life insurance, and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate’s Degree is preferred.
• Three months related experience is preferred.
• Company provides generous paid time off and extensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Answers, screens and directs telephone calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Maintain and order medical/office supplies.
• Participates in the pre-billing process with Office and Clinical Managers.
• Coordinates with Medical Records Indexer and Marketing staff to obtain signed orders and meet agency goals.
• Ensures medical records are scanned into the imaging software timely and accurately.
