Job summary

Cumberland River Behavioral Health is seeking a reliable clerical professional to support the front office and record-keeping functions. The role involves filing, data accuracy checks, and occasional off-site duties within a community mental health setting.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse populations. Some duties may require lifting and a valid KY driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure documents are filed correctly and accurately.
• File documents when needed.
• Ensure charts are audit ready.
• Inform SB’s, CM’s, and Director when issues arise.
• Answer phones when needed.
• Check Assessments, Plans of Care, and budgets for accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Physically able to reach, push, pull, stoop, bend, stand, walk and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Possess a valid Kentucky Driver’s License and maintain a safe driving record if required for job performance.
• Apply and receive a Notary certificate in Kentucky if required.
