Paul House & Health Care Center is seeking an organized and dependable Medical Records & Central Supply Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting the maintenance of resident medical records while also coordinating and maintaining facility medical and nursing supplies.

Maintain resident medical records in an organized, accurate, and confidential manner
File, scan, organize, and retrieve medical documentation as needed
Review records for completeness and assist with obtaining missing documentation
Process requests for medical records in accordance with facility policies and applicable privacy requirements
Maintain confidentiality of resident health information and other sensitive information
Assist with preparing, organizing, and maintaining records for audits, surveys, and internal reviews
Maintain inventory of nursing, medical, and other designated facility supplies
Monitor supply levels and identify items requiring replenishment
Place and track supply orders as directed
Receive deliveries and verify supplies against orders
Organize and maintain central supply areas to ensure items are readily available to staff
Distribute supplies to nursing units and other departments as needed
Monitor usage and help prevent unnecessary waste or shortages
Communicate with nursing, administration, vendors, and other departments regarding supply needs and medical records
Maintain accurate documentation related to inventory and supply orders
Follow facility infection control, safety, privacy, and recordkeeping procedures
Perform additional administrative and supply-related duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous medical records, health information, central supply, healthcare administrative, or related experience preferred
Skilled nursing, assisted living, or long-term care experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple responsibilities
Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic records and standard office equipment
Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information appropriately
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with nursing staff, administration, vendors, and other departments
Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
Must meet applicable health and background requirements
