Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Medical Receptionist in Sparta, TN to greet patients, check in and collect payments, and support daily operations.

You will guide new patients through intake and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a smooth, professional experience. Strong customer service in healthcare settings is preferred, and prior experience in addiction medicine is a plus.

Qualifications

• At minimum, High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.
