Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers in Sparta, TN is seeking a Medical Receptionist to provide excellent customer service, check in patients, receive payments, and support daily operations.

You will guide new patients through the intake process, collect urine and saliva samples for drug screens as needed, and maintain daily financial records. This role coordinates with medical staff to support intakes and patient accounts, with prior healthcare or office experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience in a fast paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
