Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) and Hümi are seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for our Riverhead office. You will be the face of the practice, greeting patients, scheduling visits, and coordinating front-desk activities in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have experience in a medical setting, knowledge of medical insurance, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Epic experience is a plus, and bilingual Spanish is welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical office is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with medical insurance is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments.
• Verify insurance coverage.
