Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) and Hümi are seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for our Hauppauge, NY office. The role is the face of the practice, handling scheduling, patient intake, insurance verification, and chart management in a busy ENT and Allergy setting.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $21/hour, with benefits and opportunities to support clinicians across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Epic experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) and Hümi, one of the nation's largest ENT, Allergy, and Audiology medical practices, is seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for our Hauppauge office location.

Hourly: $21/hr

Job Duties

• Scheduling patient appointments
• Assisting incoming patients
• Verifying insurance coverage
• Entering patient demographics into the computer
• Pulling and filing medical charts
• Assisting the office manager and physicians as needed. Most importantly, you will be the face of our practice for the many patients who need our help

Required schedule

• Monday: 7:00am-3:30pm
• Tuesday: 7:00am-3:30pm
• Wednesday: 7:00am-5:30pm (closing)
• Thursday: 7:00am-3:30pm
• Friday: 7:00am-3:30pm
• Saturday's (1-2 per month) - 8:00am - 12:30pm
