Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) and Hümi seek a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for the Poughkeepsie office. You will handle front-desk tasks, schedule patients, verify insurance, enter demographics, and assist physicians and staff in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers $21/hr with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm schedule, rotating closing shifts, and occasional Saturday coverage. Epic experience is a plus; bilingual Spanish is valued.

Job Description: ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) and Hümi, one of the nation’s largest ENT, Allergy, and Audiology medical practices, is seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for our Poughkeepsie office location. Hourly: $21/hr

Job Duties

• Scheduling patient appointments
• Assisting incoming patients
• Verifying insurance coverage
• Entering patient demographics into the computer
• Pulling and filing medical charts
• Assisting the office manager and physicians as needed

Required schedule Monday-Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm (rotate closing shift) Saturday's (1-2 per month) - 8:00am - 12:30pm
