Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Relief Medical Receptionist in Woodburn, OR to serve as the frontline contact, greet patients, and ensure a respectful, patient-centered experience.

You will manage calls, schedule appointments, verify insurance, assist with billing, and support providers while using basic computer systems; bilingual English/Spanish is required and clinic experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, bilingual English/Spanish skills, customer service experience, and proficiency with basic computer systems.
• Clinic experience is a plus.
