Medical Receptionist - Pediatrics

Must:

• Experienced Medical Receptionist with 2+ years of experience
• Experience working in pediatrics preferred
• Strong EMR documentation skills

Responsibilities include:

1. Greeting and checking in patients
2. Verifying patient demographics and insurance
3. Scheduling appointments and keeping them on schedule by notifying providers of patient arrivals
4. Filing and retrieving patient records
5. Obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information
6. Collecting and processing co-pays
7. Maintaining inventory and equipment
