Essential Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and assist patients while maintaining patient care and confidentiality standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals.
• Verify insurance benefits as needed.
• Handle phone inquiries professionally and route calls appropriately.
• Welcome visitors, determine their purpose, and direct them accordingly.
• Maintain and update medical records and reports accurately.
• Conduct patient interviews for insurance and privacy documentation.
• Perform additional duties or tasks as assigned.

Education and Skills Necessary

• High School Diploma required
• At least 2 years of Medical Administrative or Call Center experience required
• EMR experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS
