Job summary

Desert Radiology, part of Radiology Partners, seeks a friendly and detail-oriented receptionist to greet patients and manage front-desk duties in Las Vegas. You will handle patient check-ins, paperwork, and data entry in RIS/PACS while coordinating with physicians, labs, and staff to ensure efficient scheduling and accurate information flow.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, knowledge of medical office procedures, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced outpatient

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical reception tasks and clinic procedures.
• Familiarity with RIS/PACS systems is a plus.
• Clear verbal and written communication with staff and patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide direction and information.
• Distribute forms and collect signatures as needed.
• Input/verify patient, physician, insurance, and exam data in RIS/PACS.
• Review schedules, confirm appointments, and advise on prep procedures.
• Schedule exams and coordinate with labs and staff; answer phones promptly.
