MaxHealth in Bradenton, FL, is seeking a Front Office Representative to greet patients, schedule appointments, and handle check-in/check-out with warmth and efficiency. You will collect co-payments, answer phones, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced office.

The role offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, based at Cortez Rd, Bradenton. Starting pay is $17.00/hour, with a benefits package including health insurance, 401k, life insurance, long-term

MaxHealth in Bradenton is looking for a Front Office Representative to assist with check-in and check-out functions, collecting co-payments, scheduling patients, answering phones, and provide excellent customer service overall. As a Front Office Representative, you are directly involved in ensuring that we always deliver focused and empathetic patient care. You thrive in this patient-focused environment as you greet patients warmly upon arrival with compassion, schedule appointments, assist patients with any necessary forms or paperwork, and maintain confidentiality throughout daily tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FRONT OFFICE REPRESENATIVE

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of computer software programs including Word, Outlook, and Facility software systems required. EMR/EHR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful.
