Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to welcome patients, collect payments, and support daily operations in our Newport, TN clinics. You will guide new patients through the intake process and maintain a positive, “white glove” experience for every visitor.

Responsibilities include checking in patients, coordinating with medical staff, maintaining daily financial records, and handling clerical tasks. High school diploma required; healthcare exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

• Maintain friendly, professional attitude towards patients, offer a white glove experience.
• Provide an exceptional experience by guiding new patients through their intake process.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed
• Maintains daily financial records and reports
• Coordinates with medical and clinical staff to coordinate intakes
• Provides clerical and logistical support
• Oversees patient accounts and financial responsibilities

Day in the Life of a Medical Receptionist

• Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm
