Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients. You will greet visitors, check in patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, answer phones, and support billing and MyChart tasks to ensure a smooth visit.

You’ll collaborate with providers and staff to deliver compassionate, patient-centered service in a fast-paced office. A High School diploma or GED and 1–2 years of medical front desk or customer service experience are

• 1–2 years of experience in a medical/physician office or customer service preferred.
• Course work in insurance/billing is a plus but not required.

General Requirements

• EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED. Course work in insurance/billing, medical practice education or seminars are preferred, but not required.
• CREDENTIALS/LICENSURE: None
• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of experience in a medical or physician office or customer service environment preferred.
