Crossroads is hiring a Medical Receptionist to provide warm, efficient service at our Harriman clinics. You will check in patients, handle payments, and support daily operations while guiding new patients through the intake process.

Responsibilities include collecting samples for drug screens, maintaining financial records, and coordinating with clinical staff. Relevant healthcare or addiction medicine experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At minimum, High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

• Providing excellent customer service checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting in daily operations.
• Maintain friendly, professional attitude towards patients, offer a “white glove” experience.
• Provide an exceptional experience by guiding new patients through their intake process.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed
• Maintains daily financial records and reports
• Coordinates with medical and clinical staff to coordinate intakes
• Provides clerical and logistical support
• Oversees patient accounts and financial responsibilities
