Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) and Hümi seek a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for our Hackensack office. This position pays $21/hour and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, company‑paid LTD, FSA, life insurance options, a 401(k), and pet insurance.

The schedule spans Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday availability. You will greet patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and manage front office duties while supporting clinicians and office staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Epic experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling patient appointments.

• Pulling and filing medical charts.

ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) and Hümi, one of the nation's largest ENT, Allergy, and Audiology medical practices, is seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for our Hackensack office location.

Hourly: $21/hr

Job Duties

• Scheduling patient appointments
• Assisting incoming patients
• Verifying insurance coverage
• Entering patient demographics into the computer
• Pulling and filing medical charts
• Assisting the office manager and physicians as needed. Most importantly, you will be the face of our practice for the many patients who need our help

Job Requirements

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Epic experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance a plus
• Bilingual Spanish a plus

Required schedule

• Monday: 8:00am-6:00pm
• Tuesday: 8:00am-3:00pm
• Wednesday: 9:00am-6:00pm
• Thursday: 8:30am-5:30pm
• Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Saturday's (1-2 per month) - 8:00am - 12:30pm
