ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) is seeking aFull-Time Medical Receptionist for our Somerset, NJ office. The position is located in Somerset, New Jersey, and offers a competitive hourly wage of $21/hr.

You will be the face of our practice, greeting patients, verifying insurance, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate has experience in medical settings, can work well in a team, and may speak Spanish.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle fast-paced environment.
• Experience in medical field and familiarity with medical insurance is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and assist incoming patients.

ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) and Hümi, one of the nation’s largest ENT, Allergy, and Audiology medical practices, is seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for our Somerset office location.

Hourly: $21/hr

Job Duties

• Scheduling patient appointments
• Assisting incoming patients
• Verifying insurance coverage
• Entering patient demographics into the computer
• Pulling and filing medical charts
• Assisting the office manager and physicians as needed. Most importantly, you will be the face of our practice for the many patients who need our help

Job Requirements

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Epic experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance a plus
• Bilingual Spanish a plus

Required schedule

• Monday: 9:00am-5:30pm
• Tuesday: 9:00am-5:30pm
• Wednesday: 9:00am-5:30pm
• Thursday: 9:00am-5:30pm
• Friday: 9:00am-5:30pm
• Saturday’s (1-2 per month) - 8:00am - 12:30pm
