Hümi is seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for our Morristown, TN office located in partnership with ENT and Allergy Associates. The role handles scheduling, patient intake, insurance verification, and charting while ensuring a welcoming front-desk presence for patients.

Experience in medical settings and Epic is a plus; bilingual Spanish is beneficial. The position offers standard clinic hours with occasional Saturday coverage and a competitive benefits package.

Job Description: ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) and Hümi, one of the nation’s largest ENT, Allergy, and Audiology medical practices, is seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for our Morristown office location. Hourly: $21/hr

Job Duties

• Scheduling patient appointments
• Assisting incoming patients
• Verifying insurance coverage
• Entering patient demographics into the computer
• Pulling and filing medical charts
• Assisting the office manager and physicians as needed.
• Most importantly, you will be the face of our practice for the many patients who need our help

Job Requirements

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Epic experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance a plus
• Bilingual Spanish a plus

Required schedule

• Monday: 9:00am-5:30pm
• Tuesday: 8:00am-4:30pm
• Wednesday: 8:30am-5:00pm
• Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm
• Saturday's (1-2 per month) - 8:00am - 12:30pm
