Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates LLP is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist for our West Side office. The role involves greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and maintaining patient records while acting as the face of the practice.

ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) and Hümi, one of the nation’s largest ENT, Allergy, and Audiology medical practices, is seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for our West Side office location.

Hourly: $21/hr

Job Duties

• Scheduling patient appointments
• Assisting incoming patients
• Verifying insurance coverage
• Entering patient demographics into the computer
• Pulling and filing medical charts
• Assisting the office manager and physicians as needed. Most importantly, you will be the face of our practice for the many patients who need our help

Job Requirements

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Required schedule

• Monday-Friday: 9:30am-6:00pm
• Saturday's (1-2 per month, rotating) - 8:00am - 12:30pm
