Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, assess needs and direct appropriately.
• Answer phone as needed.
• Verify and/or enter patient demographics in the EMR.
• Check for necessary referrals and forms.
• Schedule patients for visits, procedures and tests.
• Collect co-pays, deductibles, and balances at visit.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and procedures.
• Maintain front desk and reception areas.
