Twin Rivers Urgent Care is seeking an energetic and motivated team member who enjoys the challenges and opportunities of a busy medical clinic. As an Admissions and Patient Coordinator, you would:

you would:

• provide exceptional customer service for our patients, vendors and co-workers
• welcome patients to our facility
• gather demographic, insurance, and contact information
• answer phones
• scan records and receive payments
• assist with referrals and pre-authorizations

Prior office experience, especially medical, is desired. Willingness to fill occasional shifts at Hastings Urgent Care (25 minute drive) is a plus.
