Job summary

Twin Rivers Urgent Care is seeking an energetic Admissions and Patient Coordinator to support a busy medical clinic. You will welcome patients, collect demographics and insurance details, answer phones, scan records and process payments, and help with referrals and pre-authorizations.

Prior office experience, especially medical, is desired. Occasional shifts at Hastings Urgent Care may be required and scheduling is three shifts per week with one weekend per month.

• Willingness to fill occasional shifts at Hastings Urgent Care (25 minute drive) is a plus.
• Full-Time scheduling is three shifts per week and one weekend per month (every third weekend).
