Job summary

Park Nicollet is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our Primary Care team. You will be a partner for good, greeting patients, collecting co-pays, scheduling follow-ups and referrals, and supporting clerical duties across front desk and call center duties.

Responsibilities include answering calls quickly and accurately, maintaining patient confidentiality, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• 6 months related experience.
• Accurate computer/keyboard skills.
• Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, collect co-pays, schedule follow-ups and referrals and support clerical duties.
• Answer calls rapidly and accurately following department guidelines and processes.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and provide excellent customer service while supporting process improvements and keeping a clean work area.
