Job summary

Park Nicollet Champlin clinic is hiring a Medical Receptionist to join the Frontline team. The role supports two areas: Call Center and Front Desk, handling calls, scheduling, co-pays, and referrals while maintaining patient confidentiality.

The clinic serves about 100 patients daily with 11 primary care providers, located near highway 169 in Champlin. Work involves a Monday–Friday day schedule with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 6 months related experience.
• Accurate computer/keyboard skills.
• Knowledge of age-related growth and development principles to provide appropriate service.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to incoming patient or employer calls.
• Greet patients, collect co-pays, schedule follow-ups and referrals.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and provide courteous assistance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support department processes.
