Crossroads Treatment Centers in the United States is seeking a Medical Receptionist to provide excellent customer service, check in patients, receive payments, and support daily operations.

You will guide new patients through intake, coordinate with clinical staff, maintain records, and oversee patient accounts while delivering a friendly, professional, ‘white glove’ experience.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

• Maintain friendly, professional attitude towards patients, offer a “white glove” experience.
• Provide an exceptional experience by guiding new patients through their intake process.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed
• Maintains daily financial records and reports
• Coordinates with medical and clinical staff to coordinate intakes
• Provides clerical and logistical support
• Oversees patient accounts and financial responsibilities

Day in the Life of a Medical Receptionist

• Monday; 8:00am-5:00pm
• Tuesday; 9:00am-6:00pm
• Wednesday; 8:00am-5:00pm
• Thursday; 8:00am-5:00pm
• Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm
