Job summary

Crossroads is seeking a Medical Receptionist for our Virginia clinics. You will check in patients, collect payments, guide new patients through the intake process, and support daily operations in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and customer service experience; healthcare exposure is preferred. Lived addiction experience is a plus as we treat opioid use disorder.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or addiction medicine is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and receive payments with a courteous, professional attitude.
• Assist in daily operations and provide clerical support to clinical staff.
• Guide new patients through the intake process and coordinate with medical staff.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed.
• Maintain daily financial records and patient accounts.
