Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers seeks a Medical Receptionist in Duffield, VA to greet patients, process check-ins, and support daily operations at our outpatient MAT clinics. You will maintain a professional, welcoming environment and assist patients through the intake process, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth front-desk workflow.

Qualifications

• At minimum, High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients, receive payments and assist in daily operations.
• Maintain a friendly, professional attitude and provide a “white glove” experience.
• Guide new patients through the intake process.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed.
