Schedule and Locations:

  • Tuesday and Thursday - CVR McLean Clinic
  • Wednesday and Friday - CVR Purcellville Clinic
  • 7 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Four 10-hour shifts

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients professionally and check in/out
  • Distribute, ensure understanding, and implement CVR policies and procedures among staff
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate patient records in NextGen
  • Review scheduling, financial responsibilities, and referrals with patients
  • Send precertification forms daily to authorize services
  • Complete daily close tasks including billing and operative notes
  • Review future schedules for patient preauthorization
  • Obtain and update patient forms in NextGen/EHR
  • Collect paperwork, copays, and balances
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, collect email addresses
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
  • At least 1 year administrative or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Reliable transportation to clinics
  • Ability to travel to McLean and Purcellville clinics
