A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Medical Receptionist for the Children's Heart Institute. This role involves managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records. The Medical Reciptionistwith the Children's Heart Institute in Herndon supports the provider by providing caring, personalized, and efficient handling of patients, medical records, supply management and other duties as assigned. In addition, the medical receptionist provides appropriate feedback to the medical team, follow-up information to patients and correctly inputs data as required. Support in scheduling, checking patients in and out.
Essential functions include:
Shift:
Full Time (40 hours)
Day Shift; 8:30am – 5:30pm; No weekend work required
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Licensure/Certification:N/A
Required Work Experience:
3-5 years of experience in front desk position in a medical office environment.

Salary Range: Minimum$18.00/hour - Maximum$28.00/hour.Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
