Job summary

Usphysicaltherapy2 is seeking a front desk associate to greet patients and deliver outstanding customer service. You will coordinate care from intake to discharge, handle scheduling, data entry and payments, and support licensed therapists under supervision.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking ability, and a patient-focused attitude. Prior medical office experience is a plus and flexibility with hours is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer service
• Coordinating the care for each patient from initial evaluation to discharge

• Maintaining patient charts and electronic medical records
• Collecting, posting, and depositing patient payments
• Faxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assigned
• Assist licensed physical therapy staff by observing patients during therapeutic exercises
• Prepare patients for therapy sessions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and shared spaces; launder linens and sanitize treatment areas.
• Assemble, disassemble, and maintain therapy equipment to ensure functionality.
