Job Title: Medical Receptionist at Together Women's Health

Women First OBGYN, a Partner Practice of Together Women's Health, is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join their growing team.

The Receptionist serves as a brand ambassador, providing a warm welcome to every patient and delivering outstanding customer service both on the phone and in person. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and using the Electronic Health Record system professionally and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients with a smile
• Completing and updating insurance information accurately
• Utilizing the Electronic Health Record system for registration and facilitating patient visits
• Completing check-out procedures, scheduling future appointments, and providing referral information
• Verifying insurance eligibility for timely billing
• Collecting co-pays and deductibles as per policies
• Answering calls and managing email appointment requests
• Scheduling appointments across office sites and diagnostic departments
• Providing exceptional service to ensure a professional, warm, and caring patient encounter

Qualifications:

• Experience in a medical setting preferred; new graduates from certified medical assistant/receptionist programs welcome
• Previous customer service experience required
• 1 year of medical office experience preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities
