FT Medical Receptionist - Infusion Center - Spring Hill, TN

We support the transition from acute to post-acute care and are licensed in all 50 states.

We are hiring a full-time Medical Receptionist for our Infusion Center in Spring Hill, TN. The role involves greeting patients, performing clerical and administrative duties, and supporting our mission and values. This position is not eligible for telework.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Schedule patient appointments, receive and sort mail, scan documents.
  • Collect patient data, including insurance info, demographics, and medication lists.
  • Verify benefits prior to appointments.
  • Collect co-insurance and out-of-pocket payments.
  • Greet patients and families, answer and direct phone calls, check in patients.
  • Set up, clean, disinfect exam rooms and equipment, maintain supplies, and practice safety and infection control.
  • Report to work on time, maintain attendance, and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Medical Assistant certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a medical setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with healthcare technology.
