We are looking for a Full-Time Medical Receptionist at Red Bank Gastroenterology in Red Bank, New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

1. Scheduling and confirming patient appointments both in person and over the phone.
2. Processing patient paperwork, scanning documents, accepting co-payments, faxing reports, etc.
3. Assisting physicians by scheduling patients and managing their schedules.
4. Greeting patients upon arrival.
5. Answering phones and taking messages.
6. Maintaining a positive attitude, multitasking, being flexible, and understanding policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Some college or equivalent job experience.
