This is a full‑time position of 40 hours per week, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM. The role is based in a clinical setting at the front desk and waiting area, using electronic health record software, standard office equipment, and basic computer applications throughout the day. The environment is fast‑paced and patient‑focused, requiring a professional appearance, courteous interactions, and a calm, organized approach to managing multiple tasks. The Medical Receptionist works closely with clinical and administrative staff to support efficient operations and a positive experience for every patient.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portsmouth, NH.
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
This is a fully onsite position in Portsmouth,NH.
