Job summary

OCLI Vision is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist for our Bethpage, NY clinic. You will greet patients, manage check-in, scheduling, insurance verification, and medical records while delivering outstanding service.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service or medical office experience, strong communication, organization, and reliability. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR is a plus; must have reliable transportation and be available two Saturdays per month.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a friendly, organized Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. You’ll manage patient check-in, scheduling, insurance verification, and medical records—while ensuring every patient receives outstanding service.
