Community Health Programs (CHP) is seeking a Medical Receptionist in Adams, MA. The role welcomes patients to the Health Center, collects co-pays, and assists with pre-exam information to keep schedules running smoothly.
The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, and Spanish language ability is a plus. The receptionist will perform clerical tasks, answer calls, and support clinic operations in a busy, patient-centered environment.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00 / hour
TheMedicalReceptionist welcomes patients to the Health Center and checks all pre-exam requirements including patient information. This person collects co-payment and notifies the clinic that patients have arrived for their appointments. The Receptionist is responsible for the provider’s schedules and ensures that patients and providers are notified accordingly. This person will support CHP’s mission, vision, and values and will adhere to compliance protocols as well as CHP’s policies and procedures
