JOB SUMMARY
Answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments as well as updating patient demographics, maintaining bump list, scheduling for each division, paging MD’s with hospital consults, obtaining medical records when possible, and miscellaneous duties such as assisting with scheduling sleep study patients, filing batches, and distributing correspondence with co-workers.
