Job Summary

We are seeking a Medical Secretary to join our team! As a Medical Secretary, you will be responsible for greeting patients, checking them in, and managing patient files or obtaining new patient information. You will also answer phone calls, direct them appropriately, mail or fax documentation, and maintain accurate medical and correspondence records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and works well independently and in a team.
