Allied Physicians Kids Care Pediatrics in Elmont, NY is hiring a Medical Receptionist to warmly welcome patients, manage check-ins, and coordinate appointments. You will verify insurance, collect copays, and support front desk operations across offices as needed.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 9AM–6:PM Saturday (every other): 8 AM–1 PM

What You’ll Do

We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of Medical Receptionist experience required
• Experience with AthenaOne and/or Phreesia strongly preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable traveling between multiple office locations
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Compensation Range: $20-$23ph The compensation range listed represents Allied Physicians Group’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this position at the time of posting. The specific compensation offered will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
