We are looking for a friendly and organized Medical Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. This role involves managing front-office tasks, ensuring efficient patient flow, and providing exceptional customer service in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, including follow-ups.
- Answer and direct phone calls, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Verify patient insurance coverage and update patient records accurately.
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, including collecting payments and co-pays.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and faxing.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree or certification in medical office administration is a plus).
- 1-2 years of experience in a medical or administrative role (preferred).
- Proficiency with medical office software and electronic health records (EHR).
- Familiarity with insurance verification and billing procedures is a plus.
