PACIFIC CATARACT & LASER INSTITUTE seeks a patient and optometrist liaison to schedule appointments, manage billing, and handle transportation requests. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork in a busy ophthalmology setting.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word, capable of multitasking, and able to provide excellent service to patients while supporting clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and basic office software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Able to work well in a team and coordinate with multiple staff.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients' appointments and coordinate with optometrists.
• Handle billing procedures, insurance info, and out-of-pocket estimates.
• Assist patients with transportation requests and provide courteous frontline service.
