Job Title: Medical Receptionist at Together Women's Health

Ongoing application opportunity for the role of Medical Receptionist at Together Women's Health.

This position is based at OBGYN South, a Partner Practice of TWH, seeking a dedicated full-time Receptionist.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Greet every patient with a smile and provide exceptional customer service.
2. Accurately complete and update patients' insurance information.
3. Utilize Electronic Health Record system to register patients and facilitate visits with healthcare providers.
4. Assist with check-out procedures, including scheduling future appointments and providing referral information.
5. Verify insurance eligibility for timely billing.
6. Collect co-pays and deductibles as per policies.
7. Answer incoming calls and check email appointment requests.
8. Schedule appointments across office sites and diagnostic departments.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a medical setting preferred; new graduates from certified medical assistant/receptionist programs are welcome.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• At least 1 year of medical office experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
