Serves patients and visitors by greeting them in a friendly and welcoming manner upon arrival. Completes and updates all required information, collects payments, and provides additional information as requested. Discharges patients after their appointments, providing pertinent information and follow-up appointments.

Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical office setting preferred.
Active and valid driver’s license required upon hire and throughout employment.
May rotate between office and remote work. 15%-20% travel to other locations with reimbursement as per policy. Designated float staff may work across multiple locations.
Adhere to organizational policies on information security, protecting sensitive information including ePHI and PHI, in compliance with regulations.
