Job summary

Eye-Associates-of-New-Mexico in Albuquerque seeks a Medical Receptionist (Patient Services Representative) to handle scheduling, check-in/out, insurance verification and patient billing. This full-time, on-site role supports clinic operations and delivers excellent service in a fast-paced ophthalmology/optometry practice.

You will greet patients, manage referrals and prior authorizations, collect payments, and help with registrations.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with a patient-first approach.
• Ability to adapt to new software & workflows.
• Experience in medical office preferred but not required.
