The Division of Adult Institution is recruiting to fill a Medical Program Assistant Associate Limited Term Employment position. This position is based out of Milwaukee Secure Detention Facility (Milwaukee, WI).

Position Summary

Under the general supervision of the Psychologist Supervisor, the Medical Program Assistant - Associate is responsible for providing program assistance to supervisory, professional, and administrative staff. This position responsibilities will include the maintenance of records of personnel and business transactions, assembling medical records, preparation and handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence using computers and word processing software, preparation of service utilization reports, typing, filing, telephone calls, and other duties as assigned.

Salary Information

This position is in schedule-range 02-11 with a salary of $25.04 per hour.
